Partytrends Shipping FAQ’s


1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Partytrends ships with Canada Post and UPS. Please click on the ‘estimate shipping and taxes’ button in the shopping cart to receive your accurate shipping times and fees. All UPS times are shown in the shipping calculator. Canada Post shipping times are not given. Please add an extra 1-4 business days more than the UPS standard rates shown, depending on your location. If you need an accurate date for delivery and it is not given, please contact our customer service department. All shipping addresses in the USA will not show up with an estimated shipping date. Please contact us, if you’d like an estimated delivery date.

2.  How are shipping rates calculated?

The total weight and dimensions of your order are sent to UPS and Canada Post for an accurate shipping rate. Partytrends does not add any cost to the rates that we are given from our carriers.  Due to the large volume of shipments, we receive greatly discounted rates and we pass them down to our customers.

3.  Do you offer free shipping over a certain amount?

Partytrends offers a $7 discount for every $100 spent on your order. For example, once your order is over $100; $7 will be deducted from the standard shipping rates. When your order hits $200 there will be a $14 deduction from the shipping rates given. This $7 deduction per $100 spent will increase until you hit free shipping. Most orders over $200 in the GTA, ship for free!

4.  I only want one $10 item, why is shipping so costly?

Unfortunately, shipping any size package in Canada starts off very costly. The more items you are purchasing, the less costly the shipping cost per item will be.

5.  Can I use my business shipping account number to ship my order?

In some instances this may be possible, please contact us for more details.

6.  Can I pick up my order from your showroom?

Absolutely! Please select ‘ pick up from showroom location’ as your shipping option and you will be contacted when your order is ready. Please put add to the order notes when you would like to come pick up during our showroom hours (LINK)

7.  Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes! Please select Canada Post as your shipping option to be able to receive packages to a PO box. Unfortunately, UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

8.  Can I track my order?

Sure! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Alternatively, you can log into your account and find the tracking number under your order history.
