Where do you ship to?
We ship to most locations throughout North America! Please see our shipping FAQs to find out more shipping information.
Do you have a minimum order policy?
Not at all! Partytrends sells to retail customers and professional caterers and event planners. We offer price per unit, as well as wholesale case pricing on most of our disposable dishes and party decor.
Are your plastic products recyclable?

I am in the United States - will I be charged in Canadian Dollars?
Customers shopping from the USA will see the prices in their shopping cart as USD. However, the product prices on the category pages are in Canadian Dollars. Customers will be charged in Canadian dollars for the final invoice. Click here for more information about shopping from the US.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Orders can be picked up from our store in Toronto. Please choose "Pick-up From Showroom Location" at checkout. We will contact you within one to two business days when your order is ready for pick up. Make sure to check out our showroom location hours by clicking here.
What if an item is not in stock?
We work very hard to have all our items in stock and ready to deliver. However, through circumstances beyond our control, there are times when a product is out of stock. Please contact us and we can have a customer service representative notify you as soon as the item is back in stock.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Yes! We have reduced case prices available on our eCommerce store. Simply click the case count, add to cart and SAVE! This applies to disposable dishes, caterware, cutlery, drinkware, servingware, and most of the items in our inventory.
