- 6 Eggs, Separated
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 7 Oz Bittersweet Chocolate Bar
- 1 Stick of Margarine
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar until stiff.
- Mix 1/2 cup sugar with yolks.
- Melt chocolate with margarine and vanilla.
- Add melted chocolate, margarine and vanilla to yolks.
- Fold yolk mixture into whites.
- Pour into individual mini cylinders, mousse cups, tiny bowls, or a serving bowl and freeze overnight.
Garnish mousse with whipped cream, cookies, fruit, and more!
